Bowling

Saturday the family went bowling! We were celebrating my dad's birthday while they were here. We were going to go golfing but, of course, the weather didn't cooperate. That's fine with me b/c I've never been golfing in my life! And I doubt I would have won like I did in bowling!!! That's right. I won! I bowled a 128. I think that might be my highest score. I can't remember though since it's been such a long time since I've gone bowling.

We bowled two games. The first game was as individuals and it took a long time to go through a game of 7 people. Oh, did I mention I won that game? The second game went much quicker because we played pairs. My little brother, Ben, asked my sister, Cathy, to play with him. He was not a happy camper when at the end of the game he and Cathy were dead last! Cathy felt terrible that she was "letting Ben down" and I think Ben thought he had made a bad decision! Cathy & Luis won that round. I had to give someone else a chance, right?
